In effort to service our customer expeditiously and cost effectively, Seachoice recommends that you submit any warranty inquiry prior to shipping merchandise. This can resolve the claim faster while also eliminating shipping cost in case of mis application or limitation of warranty. Please fill out all fields below and please allow 10 business days for processing in US and 6 weeks in Canada.

“SEACHOICE PRODUCTS (SEACHOICE) warrants the original consumer purchaser that SEACHOICE consumer products will be free from defective materials or workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date.
This Warranty is void if the consumer product warranted has been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, neglect, improper service, unauthorized alteration, or other cause not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. In no event shall SEACHOICE PRODUCTS be liable for loss of use of its consumer product nor for other incidental or consequential costs, expenses or damages incurred by any person. During the Warranty period, your SEACHOICE product will either be repaired or it will be replaced with a like product (at SEACHOICE option) when returned prepaid and insured, with proof-of-purchase date to SEACHOICE at the address listed below.”
